Clémence Zamora Cruz is a mexican trans woman. She came out trans when she was 6 y.o. At 15 she left the family home, it was at this time that she began to engage in social movements claiming for democracy in Mexico but also to demand rights of LGBT people. In 1996 she had to leave Mexico due to political persecution but also to oppression against LGBTIQ + people.

In France, she is committed to the fight against transphobia, against racism and works for an inclusive society.

She is former Spokesperson for Inter-LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans Interassociative). Currently she holds the position of secretary and policy officer of the association Au-delà du Genre and is a vulonteer at Pari-T association ( association for trans migrants and sex workers).
